2 oz honey. 6.25 oz Fris vodka (1/4 bottle).

Shaken vigorously. Done! :)

We'll start with a lower amount of honey, because it's easy to add more.

The honey made a cool pattern when we put it into the vodka:

E: That's like crack.  This is the best one yet.  Very sweet.

L:  There's almost no taste of vodka in that.

We should consider things that we can mix honey into instead of sugar.

Here's what the finished infusion looks like:

08.01.09  Honey Version 1

750 ml Boru vodka.  Approximately 4 oz honey, amount added by trial-and-error tasting.  We had tried to weigh the amount of honey, but the electronic scale was acting up.  We were expecting to use 8 oz of honey according to the test size, but found ~4 ounces of honey was sufficient for the entire 750 ml of vodka.   Shaken and done!
